Je mehr SAP-Bestandskunden zu Selective Data Transition (SDT) und Greenfield tendieren, desto mehr gewinnt diese Komponente an Bedeutung. Funktionen in Systemen und Applikationen ver\u00e4ndern sich und er\u00f6ffnen neue Chancen f\u00fcr die Gesch\u00e4ftsabl\u00e4ufe. Prozesskostentreiber und -komplexit\u00e4t k\u00f6nnen durch den Einsatz neuer Techniken wie Process Mining, RPA und Machine Learning identifiziert und reduziert werden. Durch Einsatz von Fiori und UI5 bekommen Anwender eine bessere Sicht auf die wichtigen Informationen und Entscheidungsm\u00f6glichkeiten im Prozess. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das hat einen gro\u00dfen Einfluss auf die Aufgaben und Rollenbeschreibung des zuk\u00fcnftigen Mitarbeiters. All diese Faktoren steigern somit den Bedarf, Ver\u00e4nderungen fr\u00fch in den Projekten zu erkennen, zu adressieren und im Rahmen der Projekte zu begleiten. Hier setzt cbs auf bew\u00e4hrte Werkzeuge wie Change Impact und Stakeholder-Analysen, um Zusammenh\u00e4nge zwischen Ablauf- und Aufbauorganisation zu erkennen und Auswirkungen auf den Aufbau der Organisation sichtbar zu machen. Im Rahmen der Projektvorbereitung erscheint wichtig, dass mit dem Thema Business- und IT-Gover-nance fr\u00fch begonnen wird, um die Transformation und Ver\u00e4nderung im Projekt auf die richtigen Personen und Rollen zu verteilen und mit den richtigen Mandaten auszustatten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser kritische Schritt im Projekt erfordert in der Regel ein sehr hohes Ma\u00df an Managementinvolvierung. Hier gilt die Faustregel <em>\u201eJe h\u00f6her der Bedarf an Transformation und Ver\u00e4nderung (Green), desto st\u00e4rker m\u00fcssen Management und die Organisation Teil der Projekte sein\u201c<\/em>. Bei allen Werkzeugen ist ein wichtiger Faktor, dass jeder SAP-Bestandskunde eine gewisse Einzigartigkeit mit sich bringt und somit diese Vorbereitung, Analyse und Ableitung der Ma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr
