Durch die eingebettete Blockchain-Komponente wird der SLA-\u00adNachweis sicher gegen jegliche Manipulation; zeitintensive manuelle Kontrollen und Freigabeprozesse entfallen.<\/p>\n<p>Gemeinsam mit NTT Data wird nun daran gearbeitet, Smart SLAs nahtlos in bestehende IT-Service-Management-Prozesse einzubinden, um damit Service-Leistungen besser zu steuern und zu dokumentieren.<\/p>\n<p>Zudem k\u00f6nnen qualit\u00e4tsbezogene KPIs verkn\u00fcpft sowie in Echtzeit gemessen, validiert und gegen Zielvorgaben bewertet werden.
