Vernetzte Maschinen, vorausschauende Wartung, Automatisierung: Industrie 4.0 macht nicht nur die Produktion in Fabrikhallen effizienter, sie sorgt auch f\u00fcr mehr Nachhaltigkeit. Davon ist die Mehrheit deutscher Industrieunternehmen \u00fcberzeugt. So sagen drei Viertel (73 Prozent), dass Industrie 4.0 den CO2-Aussto\u00df verringert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fast ebenso viele sind der Ansicht, dass Industrie 4.0 Ressourcen in der Fertigung schont. Das ist das Ergebnis einer repr\u00e4sentativen Studie zur Digitalisierung der deutschen Industrie im Auftrag des Digitalverbands Bitkom, f\u00fcr die 552 Industrie\u00adunternehmen ab 100 Mitarbeitern befragt wurden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Demnach sagen sogar 85 Prozent, dass Industrie 4.0 wichtig f\u00fcr die Kreislaufwirtschaft ist, in der Material- und Produktkreisl\u00e4ufe so geschlossen werden, dass Rohstoffe immer wieder von Neuem genutzt werden k\u00f6nnen. Bitkom-Pr\u00e4sident Achim Berg verweist darauf, dass viele L\u00f6sungen bereits verf\u00fcgbar sind: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201eSensoren und smarte Maschinen k\u00f6nnen den Energiebedarf auf ein Minimum reduzieren, 3D-Druck verringert den Materialeinsatz, intelligente Logistik verk\u00fcrzt Transportwege.\u201c <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Jedes zweite Industrieunternehmen hat sich bereits eine Selbstverpflichtung zur Senkung des CO2-Aussto\u00dfes auferlegt, weitere 34 Prozent planen dies konkret. Jedes vierte Unternehmen (23 Prozent) hat zudem eine Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie erarbeitet, 40 Prozent haben dies vor.
