    Interessant mit apo und hana. Betrachtet man die immensen Ausgaben für neue Hardware, Software und Arbeitsleistungen rückt die “Innovation” von hana immer mehr ins Bedeutungslose. Ich hab mal zum Test einfach alle Tabellen, welche im stundenlangen Report genutzt wurden, ebenfalls ins Memory geschoben. Und siehe da… Rennt.
    Folgerung: Ein Produktivsystem mit so einfachen Mitteln nur mit neuer Hardware und viel Memory und die “Probleme” bzgl Performance sind gelöst. Hana ist einfach unverhältnismäßig!
    Aber die Jungen stürzen sich drauf. Warum ist klar. Und die GF lässt sich von der Woke-Generation belabern. Kennen wir ja auch anderer Stelle.
    Mehrwert: Keiner. Im Gegenteil.
    Also ich hab meine SAP-Aktien bereits alle verkauft vor einiger Zeit schon. So wird das nichts mehr. SAP kann froh sein, wenig wesentliche Konkurrenz zu haben…

      Hallo, Matthias – ja, es ist wahr! Echte Innovation von SAP vermisst die Community schon lange. SAP-Chef Christian Klein und seine Vorstandskolleginnen und Kollegen verwalten den ERP-Konzern gewissenhaft und bemüht – aber Innovationen jenseits von Public Cloud gibt es schon lange nicht mehr. Und Public Cloud ist kein Zukunftsmodell für SAP, auch wenn Christian Klein glaubt, damit viel Geld zu verdienen.
