Workday is fundamentally different from other major cloud platforms. When we designed Workday's original architecture, we considered agility as a fundamental requirement.

Business processes change on a daily basis. Today, industries are entering disruptive phases of upheaval more quickly and the need to adapt one's own value chain is occurring at a progressive pace.

Cloud solutions offer a lot of functionality and can be implemented quickly, but only allow for individual user requirements to a limited extent. With Metasonic business software, companies can design their processes in an agile manner and overcome the restrictions of a cloud solution.

I gave a brief history of SAP and third-party BI solutions in use in my last article in E-3 Magazine (p.12, September 2016). The realization that more and more SAP users are now attracted to Microsoft front-end solutions is still valid. Basically, the entire BI train around SAP has picked up speed and it is not slowing down.

Allgeier decided to complete its IT product portfolio by setting up an SAP business unit with Allgeier Enterprise Services (ES). The targeted growth could not be realized with classic methods. Therefore, innovative approaches to business development and process implementation had to be chosen right from the start.
