For the first time, the American SAP user group ASUG and the German-speaking SAP user group e. V. (DSAG) have conducted a joint survey among their members about SAP in the context of S/4 Hana.

Increase productivity and security in operations, minimize expenses, drive business innovation: With these goals in mind, SAP users are rushing into modernization initiatives.

It's been a nearly three-year discourse on whether Hana is a disruptive innovation. Probably not. What is certain is that SAP's current business model makes shareholders happy, but that SAP's actions are causing lasting damage to the community.
