For many years, the Swiss electronics retail chain Interdiscount has relied on SAP ERP throughout the company and also has a document archive in use. Since the old archive solution was very license and maintenance intensive, they were looking for an efficient system.

Many SAP user companies are currently following the trend of consolidating their IT landscapes with ERP as the central system. In doing so, they are also redesigning the archiving processes for SAP and non-SAP related documents. The following examples show the use of KGS solutions.
