In future, SAP transactions can be easily controlled and automated without using the SAP user interface. Data entry via the SAP GUI is not self-explanatory and requires time-consuming user training.
Repetitive tasks can be time consuming and are often prone to errors. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) can help.
Correct data is the be-all and end-all for well-functioning processes in a company. Only when its accuracy and timeliness are ensured, it contributes high value for analyses and as a foundation for upcoming decisions as well as optimized customer experiences.
The Reifenhäuser Group invested in mobile solutions with high user acceptance and individual adaptability. Mobisys provides the UI framework for mobile applications in digital merchandise management with its MSB product.
There are already more than 300 apps that make SAP use easier and more mobile. But the new browser-based user interfaces place increased demands on data exchange with the SAP back end. This is where SAP plug-ins are needed.
An almost completely renewed SAP presented itself in Potsdam in mid-February on the occasion of the opening of the Innovation Center. Professor Hasso Plattner was in high spirits and jovially dressed to explain his American view of design, GUI, manuals and programming.
