The sustainability of supply chains is becoming increasingly important. At the beginning of this year, the "Act on Corporate Due Diligence in Supply Chains", or Supply Chain Act (LkSG), came into force in Germany.

The introduction of the new Supply Chain Act is imminent. Even though this will initially affect companies with at least 3,000 employees in Germany on January 1, 2023, Huss-Verlag has already published a brochure which answers all the relevant questions.
