SAP solution: paperless

In the past, technicians at Securiton, a Swiss provider of security technology, filled out their service reports on paper at the customer's site. These reports then had to be transferred to SAP PS and CS by the office staff.

From now on, all administrative bodies in Europe must be able to receive structured e-invoices from their contractors, at least in the case of public contracts.

Companies face the challenge of making efficient use of the increasing amount of data. Technologies such as artificial intelligence and robotic process automation are opening up new possibilities.

With investments of two billion euros over the next five years, SAP intends to help customers benefit from the opportunities offered by the Internet of Things.
