Pekka Ala-Pietilä Proposed as Hasso Plattner's Designated Successor

The Supervisory Board of SAP has nominated Pekka Ala-Pietilä for election as a new member of the Supervisory Board and intends to nominate Ala-Pietilä as the designated successor to the Chairman, Professor Hasso Plattner. Ala-Pietilä will be nominated for election at the next Annual General Meeting for a two-year term of office and, if elected, will also assume the role of future Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
