SAP solution: scalability

As a company, it is good to create freedom to focus on complex issues as well as your own strengths. This often works better when administrative activities such as invoice entry and verification are outsourced to external service providers.
When SAP uses great visionaries like Leonardo da Vinci to communicate something new, it's worth taking a closer look to see if these topics can put a Mona Lisa-like smile on our faces.
Companies outsourced their IT for the first time almost 30 years ago, but even today many outsourcing projects go wrong - there is no universal recipe for success.
The clock is ticking: support for the current SAP Business Suite will end in 2025. At least 50,000 SAP user companies must have decided on an alternative by then - such as S/4 Hana, on-premise or from the cloud. German companies are still hesitant about the cloud.
Cloud computing has become indispensable in the SAP environment. As the level of service increases, the flexibility to freely design the application decreases and, in turn, the degree of automation increases.
Lenovo System x and SAP have been working together for years to deliver innovative IT solutions to joint customers. Already with the market availability of the first SAP in-memory solution in 2006, Lenovo started to deliver in-memory systems for SAP customers.
Why and how does the cloud paradigm need to be adopted by existing SAP customers? Few existing SAP customers are prepared for the public cloud. Cost, complexity and legal risks are difficult to manage. So how can the balancing act between the need for more agile IT and control in their own data center be achieved? The Nutanix concept of the enterprise cloud provides the answer.
I rarely make anagrams. Here it fits: Open source software - OSS - and the Linux of cloud computing - OpenStack, OST - are developing into a successful future - and are highly significant for SAP.

Working on the SAP basis is crucial for successful S/4 conversion.

This gives the Competence Center strategic importance for existing SAP customers. Regardless of the S/4 Hana operating model, topics such as Automation, Monitoring, Security, Application Lifecycle Management and Data Management the basis for S/4 operations.

For the second time, E3 magazine is organizing a summit for the SAP community in Salzburg to provide comprehensive information on all aspects of S/4 Hana groundwork.
