The latest IT transformation study reveals major discrepancies between the goals defined in advance and the results achieved.

The expectations of today's SAP transformations could hardly be greater. Companies expect leaner processes, state-of-the-art technologies and massive efficiency gains. However, there is often a considerable gap between these ambitious goals and reality.

Following the efforts to ensure consistent end-to-end processes, the topics of data economy and data management with Gen AI are now becoming even more important. At the beginning of the S/4 conversion, SAP customers realized very quickly that a successful release changeover would not be possible without verified and archived data.
