The xSuite Group has appointed J\u00f6rg Mertens as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Managing Director as of October 1, 2025. The management of the internationally active software company with the core competence of incoming invoice processing in SAP, consisting of Dr. Haiko van Lengen (CEO), Matthias Lemenk\u00fchler (CPTO), Thomas Radestock (CSO) and Andreas Nowottka (Partner Management & M&A), is now completed with the appointment of J\u00f6rg Mertens as CFO. In his new role, Mertens will be responsible for Finance, Order Management and Legal. He comes from the Wort & Bild publishing group, where he was Group CFO. Prior to that, he spent seven years as Commercial Director of the Business Information division at DuMont, which he successfully expanded as part of a buy-and-build strategy. Further stations in his career include the Handelsblatt Media Group (CFO), the WEKA Group (COO) and Springer Nature (Head of M&A). With over 25 years of management experience in international media and technology companies, Mertens brings extensive expertise in the areas of strategic finance, M&A, digital transformation and operational excellence. He focuses in particular on the expansion of scalable business models and the implementation of growth and reorganization strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
