The Var Group has acquired Visicon EDV with the aim of strengthening its SAP and EDI expertise in the D\/A\/CH region. The business combination combines Visicon's many years of SAP and EDI expertise with the Var Group's PLM competence and is aimed at the holistic digitalization of business processes in medium-sized companies - particularly in the manufacturing industry. Visicon will retain its locations in Germany and Austria, and the management will remain on board. By entering the SAP sector in the D\/A\/CH region, the Var Group is continuing its strategy of offering integrated digital solutions as a one-stop partner. A rollout of Visicon solutions in Italy and Southern Europe is planned in order to open up new potential in the EDI sector there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
