Candidates offered to us by recruiters are often only trained to pass certificate exams and cannot be deployed independently in customer projects. Thus we have\u00a0 <span id=\"urn:local-text-annotation-btvg2t3e66oxp36xb172npwhkc06hgbh\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\">Training<\/span> into their own hands.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>E-3:<\/strong> I hear some disappointment from that.<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Wolf:<\/strong> I see as a caricature a horror scenario in which there are <span id=\"urn:local-text-annotation-jz87tlp4gtojxt75429yymlhhfmiwom6\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\">Manager<\/span> who can manage and organize the world of the future, who design and discuss concepts. So the decision was made to take a path similar to a <span id=\"urn:local-text-annotation-vwrfxt9g3x82iihvcjysa6alvne38p17\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\">Distance learning<\/span>which can be mastered largely on one's own, produces purposefully qualified employees.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>E-3:<\/strong> What are the characteristics of your program?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Wolf:<\/strong> Openness and flexibility are the most important points. Anyone can participate in the program. The <span id=\"urn:local-text-annotation-eh5kmn8mhio62a69zxam1bjo8xw7v6nz\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\">Training<\/span> can be started and also canceled at any time - by both sides. The schedule is also open: some people can only invest weekly hours, while others can commit themselves full-time.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>E3:<\/strong> This means that the program can also be used in parallel with a <span id=\"urn:local-text-annotation-f8pp53cujdyr4cysddkza94z456yn1xy\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\">Study<\/span> be used?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Wolf:<\/strong> Yes, but part-time scenarios are also possible.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>E-3:<\/strong> What contractual commitment do you enter into with the participants?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Wolf:<\/strong> None at all. There is no formal training contract, no training allowance, no fees - only a confidentiality agreement must be signed.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>E-3:<\/strong> What requirements do applicants have to meet in order to participate in the program?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Wolf:<\/strong> In personal interviews, we look at whether the candidates are suitable and fit into the team. These then require a <span id=\"urn:local-text-annotation-jdev62jl4iwdw1kv274v0xxj2b0kkydq\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\">Windows<\/span>-PC with DSL Internet access and, of course, the will to continue software development in the <span id=\"urn:local-text-annotation-ewsfurjatbj7xv40spnqzbutehisn3zx\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-organization\">SAP<\/span>-environment. There are no formal prerequisites.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>E-3:<\/strong> How does the <span id=\"urn:local-text-annotation-gmmp1qk0446z8o4zeq18zg6ja3m7uq2o\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\">Training<\/span> concretely?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Wolf:<\/strong> We set <span id=\"urn:local-text-annotation-vbqzusaldap7ty7a46dii5iniox5cyu8\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-organization\">SAP<\/span>-system, which is accessible via the Internet. The necessary client software and initial training materials are provided via a file server. Exercises can be completed from home directly on our <span id=\"urn:local-text-annotation-nnj4wu5vpzi8n6pr06fm5qlzjxh4wtww\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-organization\">SAP<\/span>-system can be solved. Each participant is assigned a supervisor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>E-3:<\/strong> What effort do you have to put into it?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Wolf:<\/strong> Well, the training materials are available. The supervision effort for checking the solutions of the participants and the personal feedback are thus manageable.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>E-3:<\/strong> What risks do you see for your <span id=\"urn:local-text-annotation-saqreaivfu1efyxo04ip8vvse32bnah8\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\">Company<\/span> in this program?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Wolf:<\/strong> There is already a certain risk that someone could use the <span id=\"urn:local-text-annotation-ug2td14kpxd3mhnyz8u2h7xdrjnqrmbq\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\">Training<\/span> \"and then applies somewhere else. However, we have the opportunity to convey exactly the content that is important to us. We <span id=\"urn:local-text-annotation-wa4d0hv8l1n5vvbtpbjehiwado3c9eoe\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\">learn<\/span> already during the <span id=\"urn:local-text-annotation-gb377rdlf2jjdc7loswcugtsvhorpixq\" class=\"textannotation disambiguated wl-thing\">Training<\/span> get to know the participants' independent working methods in detail.
