Pour pourvoir les postes vacants dans le domaine informatique, de plus en plus d'entreprises sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 embaucher des personnes talentueuses venant d'autres horizons. Ceux-ci ne disposent certes pas d'une formation informatique classique, mais ils apportent leurs premi\u00e8res connaissances et une grande affinit\u00e9 avec les th\u00e8mes informatiques. \"De plus, ces talents sont souvent tr\u00e8s motiv\u00e9s et se familiarisent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement assez rapidement avec de nouveaux th\u00e8mes, de sorte qu'ils peuvent \u00eatre employ\u00e9s apr\u00e8s quelques mois d\u00e9j\u00e0 comme un sp\u00e9cialiste IT enti\u00e8rement form\u00e9\", explique Katharina Pratesi, directrice de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de conseil Brandmonks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises qui ne veulent pas miser sur des personnes qui changent d'orientation professionnelle peuvent toutefois combler leur d\u00e9ficit de sp\u00e9cialistes IT en recourant \u00e0 des talents internationaux. \"Car le march\u00e9 du travail offre un grand potentiel si les d\u00e9cideurs ouvrent leur regard aux talents anglophones. Mais cela signifie aussi qu'ils doivent se faire \u00e0 l'id\u00e9e d'internationaliser la langue de leur entreprise\", explique-t-elle. Mais ce changement n'est pas toujours facile pour les entreprises allemandes de taille moyenne. Les collaborateurs de longue date craignent que cela ne cr\u00e9e des barri\u00e8res en mati\u00e8re d'information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin d'exploiter tout le potentiel des professionnels internationaux de l'informatique et de rester comp\u00e9titives \u00e0 long terme, de nombreuses entreprises devront t\u00f4t ou tard rendre leur langue d'entreprise bilingue. Pour y parvenir, tous les collaborateurs doivent \u00eatre soigneusement pr\u00e9par\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Langue de l'entreprise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Si l'on souhaite changer la langue de l'entreprise, il faut pr\u00e9voir du temps et d\u00e9velopper un concept. Selon l'experte Katharina Pratesi, les points suivants sont particuli\u00e8rement importants : on commence par un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de lancement au cours duquel le concept du changement est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9, comment chacun peut s'y pr\u00e9parer individuellement. Pour pr\u00e9parer tous les collaborateurs \u00e0 la nouvelle langue de l'entreprise, il faut proposer des cours qui se basent individuellement sur les connaissances existantes. En compl\u00e9ment, on \u00e9tablit des newsletters, des blogs internes ou d'autres canaux de communication.
