Il est tout d'abord important de comprendre les diff\u00e9rences entre l'apprentissage automatique et l'IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative. Le Machine Learning est un domaine de l'IA qui se concentre sur l'identification de mod\u00e8les dans les donn\u00e9es et sur les pr\u00e9dictions qui en d\u00e9coulent. Un exemple classique est le \"Next Best Offer\" dans la vente, qui permet de d\u00e9terminer la probabilit\u00e9 d'opportunit\u00e9s de vente r\u00e9ussies sur la base de grandes quantit\u00e9s de donn\u00e9es. L'IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative, en revanche, va un peu plus loin. Elle permet aux machines de cr\u00e9er des contenus cr\u00e9atifs et nouveaux en se basant sur des textes appris. Cette capacit\u00e9 ouvre des possibilit\u00e9s enti\u00e8rement nouvelles en mati\u00e8re d'interaction avec les clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SAP a \u00e9galement mis l'IA en service : Joule, un copilote bas\u00e9 sur l'IA, disponible dans tous les syst\u00e8mes SAP pertinents et qui permet d'acc\u00e9der facilement aux donn\u00e9es en saisissant du texte. Bien que les avantages de l'IA soient immenses, il existe \u00e9galement des d\u00e9fis, notamment en ce qui concerne la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, la protection des donn\u00e9es et la gestion du changement. La technologie ne vaut que ce que valent les donn\u00e9es sur lesquelles elle s'appuie. Mais tout porte \u00e0 croire que l'IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative va continuer \u00e0 gagner en importance dans le monde du CX. L'int\u00e9gration des donn\u00e9es d'entreprise dans les LLM offre un \u00e9norme potentiel. L'IA dans le CRM et le CX n'est pas seulement une mode passag\u00e8re, mais un changement fondamental dans la mani\u00e8re dont les entreprises interagissent avec leurs clients.
