L'\u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u00e9clencheur a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'int\u00e9gration de la division Textile Effects rachet\u00e9e \u00e0 Huntsman, qui a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 non seulement des changements organisationnels, mais aussi la consolidation de l'environnement informatique. Dans le cadre du programme de transformation, plusieurs syst\u00e8mes ERP du groupe ainsi que l'ERP de la division rachet\u00e9e ont notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 fusionn\u00e9s. L'un des principaux objectifs \u00e9tait de transf\u00e9rer les solutions d'approvisionnement utilis\u00e9es jusqu'alors - dont SAP SRM ainsi qu'une instance Ariba existante - dans une suite Ariba unifi\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le partenaire de mise en \u0153uvre apsolut a soutenu la migration technique et l'int\u00e9gration des processus d'achat. Cela comprenait \u00e9galement le transfert des pi\u00e8ces jointes aux commandes depuis l'ancien syst\u00e8me Ariba de la division Textile Effects via une interface sp\u00e9cialement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e \u00e0 cet effet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La coordination temporelle de l'introduction d'Ariba en interaction avec le projet de migration ERP de niveau sup\u00e9rieur a constitu\u00e9 un d\u00e9fi particulier. En raison de plusieurs retards dans la mise en service de l'ERP, le d\u00e9ploiement \u00e9chelonn\u00e9 en deux phases a d\u00fb \u00eatre abandonn\u00e9. Au lieu de cela, la d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise en faveur d'un \"big bang\" global, au cours duquel la nouvelle solution a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduite simultan\u00e9ment dans six r\u00e9gions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour le chef de projet d'Archroma, Felipe Antunes Miranda, cette approche \"big bang\" repr\u00e9sentait un d\u00e9fi : \"Le flux de travail de base ne change pas si je lance simultan\u00e9ment dans six r\u00e9gions au lieu de deux. Mais bien s\u00fbr, nous devions aussi effectuer les tests d'acceptation des utilisateurs dans les six r\u00e9gions en m\u00eame temps, ce qui repr\u00e9sentait un grand d\u00e9fi. C'est l\u00e0 que nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 vraiment contents d'avoir un partenaire exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 comme apsolut \u00e0 nos c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Ils ne nous ont pas seulement aid\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser les tests, mais nous ont \u00e9galement conseill\u00e9s sur la mani\u00e8re d'organiser le transfert de connaissances vers les utilisateurs finaux et notre direction. Nous avons ainsi pu \u00e9tablir un processus stable \u00e0 long terme\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n
