Principal constat : alors que les agents IA sont de plus en plus accept\u00e9s dans le travail quotidien, les collaborateurs veulent des limites claires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>75 % des employ\u00e9s se sentent \u00e0 l'aise lorsque des agents IA les aident, leur recommandent de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences ou rendent les t\u00e2ches plus efficaces. Mais seuls 30 % acceptent un guidage direct par l'IA - et seuls 24 % souhaitent que les agents agissent en arri\u00e8re-plan sans qu'ils le sachent. Cela montre clairement que l'IA est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un copilote et non comme un commandant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'\u00e9tude montre en outre que l'exp\u00e9rience cr\u00e9e la confiance : alors que seulement 36 pour cent de ceux qui testent les agents IA ont confiance en une utilisation responsable, ce chiffre passe \u00e0 95 pour cent chez les utilisateurs avanc\u00e9s. La productivit\u00e9 reste une \u00e9p\u00e9e \u00e0 double tranchant : certes, pr\u00e8s de 90 pour cent s'attendent \u00e0 des gains d'efficacit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'IA, mais la m\u00eame proportion s'inqui\u00e8te de l'augmentation de la pression de la performance (48 pour cent), de la diminution de la pens\u00e9e critique (48 pour cent) et de la baisse de l'interaction humaine (36 pour cent). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Workday souligne donc l'importance d'une introduction consciente, qui met l'accent sur le bien-\u00eatre et l'autonomisation des collaborateurs. La r\u00e9partition des r\u00f4les est \u00e9galement claire : les collaborateurs ne consid\u00e8rent pas les agents IA comme des coll\u00e8gues \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re. C'est dans des domaines tels que le support informatique et le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences qu'ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de la plus grande confiance, tandis que des sujets sensibles tels que le recrutement, les finances ou le droit continuent de n\u00e9cessiter un contr\u00f4le humain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'\u00e9tude voit un grand potentiel dans le secteur financier en particulier. Face \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9, 76 % des employ\u00e9s du secteur financier s'attendent \u00e0 ce que les agents IA puissent combler les goulots d'\u00e9tranglement.
