D'une part, la crise a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 une \u00e9norme pression sur les co\u00fbts dans de nombreux secteurs et, d'autre part, elle a incit\u00e9 de nombreuses entreprises \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer leur transformation num\u00e9rique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les th\u00e8mes de croissance sont rest\u00e9s plus ou moins les m\u00eames. Les plus forts moteurs de croissance et de changement restent la transformation du cloud ainsi que l'analytique, l'IA (intelligence artificielle) et l'automatisation, soutenues par des mod\u00e8les agiles et DevOps. Au niveau mondial, on peut s'attendre \u00e0 un taux de croissance similaire \u00e0 celui de 2019, tant pour les logiciels que pour les services informatiques, avec, comme en 2020, d'importantes diff\u00e9rences entre les segments (produits et services, secteurs, th\u00e8mes, pays et r\u00e9gions). Le cloud reste le principal moteur de la croissance.
